Decca Classics releases on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Mercury label’s “Mercury Living Presence” series a series of audiophile vinyls: Mussorgsky arr. Ravel: Pictures at an Exhibition, Fiesta In H-iFi, The Music of Chabrier, Stravinsky: The Firebird – Complete Ballet and The Romeros – A Flamenco Wedding Party The recordings were remastered from the original master tapes at half speed by Thomas Fine, the son of the Mercury producer. The first 5 records will be released with the original artwork and the lyrics of the time.
