Joseph Calleja is one of the most sought-after tenor voices of our time and is often praised for his charismatic, expressive voice. With his new album “The Magic of Mantovani” Calleja continues his successful album “Be My Love – A Tribute To Mario Lanza”, his homage to the great tenor – the Hollywood legend – Mario Lanza and presents music by the Italian conductor and arranger Mantovani.
He is one of the most successful music stars of his time. The album features world-famous works such as Moon River, Strangers in the Night or Besamo Mucho. Special guest appearances are the American soprano Renée Fleming in ‘Somewhere’ by West Side Story and the Italian-Canadian mezzo-soprano Emily D’Angelo in ‘I Feel Pretty’ and the duet ‘Tonight’.
