World premiere recording In recent years, the music of Mieczyslaw Weinberg has experienced a veritable renaissance, which was given additional impetus by his 100th birthday. At the centre of the recording presented here with Łukasz Długosz and the Silesian Chamber Orchestra under Robert Kabara are the composer’s two flute concertos, the second of which was recorded here for the first time. |
